Return Policy

To process a return, please access our customer portal

We hope you love your purchase although we understand sometimes you need to make a return. After an order is placed we don't cancel orders. You do not need to contact us for approval. In the event you need to return an item all purchases are eligible for RETURNΒ if postmarked within 14Β businessΒ days ofΒ receiving your order minus shipping. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. Your packing slip will say as well as the website if your item was a final sale item.Β All items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags still attached.Β Please make sure to include the packing slip so we know who it's from. Returned items should be sent to the address below.

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receiptΒ of your order. Please email us at shopdearjayde@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.Β 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.Β
